Imbewu is 100% black owned, managed and controlled.
50% of the shareholding is in black female hands. The organisation was established in 2007 by Sipho Nyembe and Tshidi Nyembe who have between them more than 20 years experience of accounting, finacial management, auditing and tax acquired from the public and private sectors.

We are an accounting, financial management and tax consultancy specialising in the evaluation and monitoring, capacity building of the accounting and finacial management function of private individuals, small and medium enterprises, local municipalities and non-government organisations.
